Partly based on the Finnish brand's popular X Series pedals, the Darkglass Microtubes X 900 bass amp head offers bassists ample ways to tweak their sound to taste in maximum detail. For a start, this 900-Watt, class-D transistor amp has been loaded with an extremely potent, exceptionally silent 6-band equaliser for exploring a massive spectrum of modern sounds, and that's far from all there's to it.

The Microtubes X 900: From Ultra Clean to Heavily Saturated Sound

This highly dynamic Darkglass amplifier head has also been outfitted with an X Distortion circuit so you can go from ultra-clean to uber-muddy before unleashing compression on the highs and/or the lows at will. In addition, the Microtubes X 900 supports MIDI switching, gives you three IR cab sim slots for storing your favourite virtual cabinets, and comes finished with various ports, including a mini-jack headphone output and a mini-jack AUX input.
